As I was born in Japan, Japanese is my first language.
My grandmother encouraged me to speak English whenever I met her, so English is my second.
I took the French course at College, I was quite good at then.
When I started to live in Jakarta, I studied Indonesian Bahasa to communicate with my household staff.
During my Abu Dhabi/UAE time, somehow I was surrounded by Italian friends, so I learnt Italian pretty seriously then.
I tried to learn Greek for the holiday in Skopelos.
Arabic...I bought a book, read three pages and decided not to waste my energy for it. It's too complicated for me.😢 If I had any Arabic speaking friends, it could have been possible.
