Bad decision?

How could I leave this tiny kitten behind and go on holiday?

TenTen still needs her bottle to get nutrition.
I've been trying to find somebody who wants to be TenTen's parent.
No news.
My time is up...decision time.
Go to Toronto with my boys (husband and son), or stay in Doha being a slave for cats.
Today I decided not to go.
I have a very bad feeling about this...
